Was sent a perfume that has clearly gone off. Smelt like oud which is completely different to how it is meant to smell. Contacted customer service straight away. I have been backwards and forwards sending them messages. Sending the information they have asked for multiple times. They do not respond in the promised time I have to chase them up. There is no real email for the company so a different person picks up the message each time asking for the same information again promising a response that never comes. If you have a problem with an item there is no one to help. Would never use again or recommend. I am so disappointed as I used to buy alot from them but this has completely put me off any future purchases. It has now been a month with no resolution. What a waste of money

They cancelled my order thirty minutes after processing the payment.

If I could give them 0 I would. Disgusting customer service. Parcel was left outside by evri. Went walk abouts and when I’ve told look fantastic they’ve had me fill out forms, then told me I have to wait for them to get in contact with the courier, then heard nothing, then told to fill out the same form multiple times even though I’ve done it, and hearing absolutely nothing since! They are disgusting con artists. Vile disgusting company. Avoid!!!! Trading standards is next on my list but I shouldn’t have to even do that!
